Delete your Loveraf account

Sign in, open Profile > Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete account. Confirm your identity and type DELETE. A three-day cooling period starts immediately, and you may cancel during that period.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@loveraf.com from the address linked to your Loveraf account with the subject: Account deletion. We will verify ownership before accepting the request.
What is deleted
After the cooling period, Loveraf removes or anonymizes your profile, credentials, device tokens, addresses, wishlist, direct-message identity and other deletable personal data.
When deletion waits
An active order, return, exchange, dispute or payout must finish before deletion can complete. The app will display the current reason.
What may be retained
Completed order, settlement, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained in anonymized or legally required form. This is limited to what is needed for accounting, consumer protection, security and legal compliance.
