Use accurate listings and reviews. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, manipulate ratings or send unwanted messages.
Keep transactions safe
Do not share phone, payment or other sensitive details to bypass Loveraf protections. Never request passwords, OTPs or secret credentials.
Allowed content
Do not post illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, privacy-invasive or intellectual-property-infringing products or content.
Report and block
Use report controls on messages, reviews, products and stores when available. You may block another chat participant; blocked users cannot send you new direct messages or notifications.
Enforcement
Loveraf may review reports, preserve evidence, remove content, limit messaging or selling, suspend accounts and refer serious matters to authorities. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal.
