Loveraf Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Bangladesh law. By creating an account, listing a product or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Marketplace roles
Loveraf connects buyers and independent sellers. Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and make legitimate purchases. Sellers must accurately describe lawful products, maintain stock, fulfil orders and follow return, consumer-protection and tax obligations.
Orders and payments
Prices, discounts, delivery charges and payment methods are shown before confirmation. Orders may be cancelled for stock, fraud, payment or policy reasons. COD and supported payment confirmations, cancellations, returns and refunds follow the terms shown for each order.
Returns and disputes
Return or exchange eligibility and time limits appear on the product and order pages. Users must provide truthful evidence. Loveraf may review communications and transaction records to resolve disputes.
Wallet, affiliate and payouts
Promo balances are not cash. Affiliate, referral and seller earnings depend on eligible completed orders and may be reversed after cancellation, return or fraud. Payouts require an approved destination and may be delayed for compliance review.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal or unsafe products, counterfeit goods, fraud, harassment, spam, deceptive reviews, payment bypass, account abuse and infringement are prohibited. Loveraf may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you upload and grant Loveraf permission to host, display and process it to operate the service. You must have rights to all uploaded text and media.
Liability and governing law
Services are provided with reasonable care but availability is not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, Loveraf is not responsible for indirect losses. Bangladesh law applies and users should first contact Loveraf support to resolve a dispute.
